Toilet Training Best Practices for Toddler Teachers (Part 1 of 2) – online

Designed for toddler teachers, this 2-part online workshop focuses on the basics and best practices of toilet training for children ages 1 ½ to 3 years.  Learn how to partner with families using simple potty-training plans and communication to ensure success.  Important day-to-day strategies, rewards and encouragement are all discussed, and teachers will complete a classroom plan to implement.  We explore guiding behaviors that are unique to potty training and practice using specialized tools including books, forms, classroom visuals, and other curricula that are quick and effective.
