Nurturing Our New Generation of ECE Teachers Community of Practice
Monthly sessions focus on important topics relevant to Early Childhood Directors/Owners and the ECE Workforce. Each topic is explored through lecture, discussion, videos, activities, and small group collaboration.

Earn 1.5 hours of Professional Practice Competency.
Make a plan to implement small changes in outdated or misaligned management practices and center policies at your
program.Create new expectations and strategies that support the needs of Gen Z.
And most importantly, strive to shift your personal and managerial mindset to accommodate and welcome our new generation of teachers.
Competency: 1.5 Hrs Professional Practice per session
