Aligning our Values, Beliefs, and Attitudes – Unpack your current workforce values, beliefs, and attitudes that are embedded in your program culture that may be outdated or ineffective. Dive into recruitment and retention practices and policies, and brainstorm new ideas and approaches that better align with Gen Z’s needs.
- Tuesday, June 24th 12:30 – 2PM Making the Shift – Make a plan to implement small changes in outdated or misaligned management practices and center policies at your program. Create new expectations and strategies that support the needs of Gen Z. And most importantly, strive to shift your personal and managerial mindset to accommodate and welcome our new generation of teachers.
